Don't Bring Me Down. (Bruuuuuuuce!)

I am angered. And a wee bit saddened. Do you know what I hate? Seeing/hearing something that makes you feel inadequate and irrelevant even though everything before seeing/hearing said subject was perfect and all was content.

I've decided that inadequacy it derived from insecurities. Without an insecurity - there would be no reason to feel inadequate.

So what do we do in this case? Should we remove the source and contact with all things that initiated said feelings? Or is it better to be exposed to such emotion to then grow as a person?

Blah blah blah. Shut up Renee.

Today, I also realized something. I used to thing we, as people, were a single unit as such - a person. I've since decided we are not. We are two parts - body and soul. Soul being who we are as a person, our beliefs, morals and values - and our body as a mere carrier or machine for our soul. Something to get us from place to place, to allow us to experience different things. It is our soul however that deciphers who we are as a person. You therefore cannot judge someone by their body or appearance as it is their soul that completes them.

In conclusion - we need to value our souls, as well as taking care of our bodies. We also need to remember that every living thing has a soul, and is it's own being. We need to respect one another.

End of ramblings.
