JOKES! As if I'd wear a bikini again. Or yellow for that matter. Ick. I did purchase bathers though! Just not the oh so glam style I was hoping for. They're a neutral looking, textured brown one peice with gold feature points on the shoulder straps. Instead of a wrap around skirt, I have a pair of little black shorts. Brown and black go.. Right??? Well it's too late now! Haha.
Holy shitballs. Swimming lessons! BATHERS. Oh I am NOT looking forward to this! On my behalf anyway. I AM 100% excited to see my baby girl enjoy her first pool experience! She went in a pool at Christmas, but she wasn't aware of it, so I'm not sure that counts. I think we are all set. Cute bathers? Check. Cute towel? Check. Cute pool shoes with rubber bottoms and sparkly, flowery detailing? Check. Baby? Check. Ohhh yeah! This is going to be FUN! Eeeee.
Update? Mia ended up sleeping 2 hours in her new cot come toddler bed for her midday nap yesterday. She didn't fall out once! Success. She has also slept through the night without falling out! Super success. Go team! My baby is a big girl now..
OH! Guess what? I bought a dress. It's a black, off the shoulder, relatively tight fitting with frill number. I plan to wear it to my dear friend Kate's wedding next weekend. Will need to pair it with some stockings though as down south (where the wedding is) will be cold this time of year! Can't wait! Now I just need to sort a hairstyle out.. Any hints??
